The only way to do this is with regular supervision of our uniquely trained store cleaners, plus closer relationships with our clients. Unusually in our business, our management are contactable at all times and can therefore deal with issues at very short notice.
Under TUPE regulations we often have to take on unsatisfactory cleaning staff when we start a new cleaning contract. With good training, constant encouragement and motivational supervision we have regularly turned these cleaners into valuable and responsible cleaning staff.
